How far in advance should I order?

We ask that customers order at least 24 hours in advance. For catering orders, please reach out directly at wagashibakery@gmail.com. 

What are your delivery areas?

We deliver within Shelby County - Memphis, Germantown, Bartlett, Collierville, etc.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is always free! 

Do you have a storefront or pickup option?

Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront where customers can pickup their orders. 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

You can expect your order to be delivered ± 1 hour of your delivery time. You will receive an email confirmation once delivered, unless in-person contact is made.

What if I'm not in your delivery area?

If you are not in our delivery area, there is also the option to come see us at the Memphis Farmers Market - Downtown every Saturday. To learn more about the MFM, visit http://memphisfarmersmarket.org
